Malaysian Striker Shows Interest in Indonesian League After SUGBK Match

Fergus Tierney, Malaysia U-23 national team striker, expressed his interest in playing in Indonesian League — impressed by the home supporters’ atmosphere at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium.

This statement emerged after the final Group A match of ASEAN Cup U-23 2025 — Malaysia drew goalless against Indonesia which resulted in Young Tigers’ elimination from the tournament.
