Lyon, France – The first leg of the UEFA Europa League quarter-final between Lyon and Manchester United is set to kick off at Groupama Stadium on Friday, April 11 (early morning WIB) — with the match exclusively available via streaming platforms, according to Bolasport.com.

United, under the guidance of Ruben Amorim, travel to France in less-than-ideal form, having failed to win in their last two Premier League outings — a shock defeat to Nottingham Forest followed by a draw against Manchester City.

Pre-match tensions reached new heights when Manchester United’s goalkeeper Andre Onana made bold claims about their chances of winning the tie.

“Of course it won’t be easy, but we will definitely win because we are better than them,” stated Onana confidently.

This declaration did not sit well with Lyon midfielder Nemanja Matic, who fired back at his former teammate.

“If you are one of the worst goalkeepers in Man United history, you should be careful with what you talk about,” Matic replied sharply.

Onana didn’t hold back either — taking to social media to respond by posting a photo of his FA Cup trophy with Manchester United, noting that Matic never won a single title during his five seasons at Old Trafford.
