Luis Suárez: Club World Cup is a stage for young players

Ahead of the Club World Cup, striker Luis Suárez shares his perspective on this prestigious tournament — the competition serves as a golden opportunity for young players to showcase their abilities at the international level.

“Those of us who are older have already had this luck, those who haven’t should try to enjoy it and take advantage of it,” states Suárez.

Inter Miami will begin their journey against Al Ahly tomorrow at Hard Rock Stadium — followed by matches against FC Porto and Palmeiras in the group stage.

Javier Mascherano‘s team enters the tournament with two recent MLS victories — following a difficult period of four matches without a win last May.

“The Europeans are better organized with the approach and players they have. They are physically tired after a long season, but players always have that desire to play,” adds Suárez.
