Liverpool Win Premier League, Arne Slot Dedicates to Klopp

Liverpool secured the Premier League title after defeating Tottenham Hotspur 5-1 at Anfield.

“I want to show my appreciation to Jürgen,” said Slot with a smile. “It was clear we couldn’t lose this game. Everyone on the bus said it was impossible for us to lose.”

Captain Virgil van Dijk expressed his pride in this achievement — Liverpool’s second league title in five years. Unlike their previous triumph during the pandemic, this time Anfield was filled with supporters singing “You’ll Never Walk Alone”.

“This is special and something we don’t take for granted. We deserve to be champions of England,” Van Dijk told Sky Sports.
