Liverpool Agrees 95 Million Euro Transfer for Hugo Ekitike from Frankfurt

According to Fabrizio Romano’s report, Hugo Ekitike is set to join Liverpool after both clubs reached a transfer agreement worth 95 million euros.

The 23-year-old French striker — who joined Frankfurt a year ago from PSG — will sign a six-year contract with The Reds until 2031.

Frankfurt has proven their expertise in striker trading — earning a net profit of 78.5 million euros from Ekitike’s transfer who was purchased for 16.5 million euros last year.

Ekitike’s arrival at Anfield is projected to replace Darwin Nunez — who is reportedly set to leave the club soon.

“Deal in place for fee over €90m for the French striker to join from Eintracht Frankfurt, potentially reaching €95m,” Romano wrote on social media.
