Liam Delap records assist in Chelsea debut at FIFA Club World Cup

Liam Delap made his first appearance for Chelsea against Los Angeles FC in the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 match on Tuesday (17/6) early morning WIB.

The Blues secured a 2-0 victory over the CONCACAF representatives — with the first goal scored by Pedro Neto in the 34th minute through Nicolas Jackson’s assist.

Chelsea’s second goal came from Enzo Fernandez’s strike in the 79th minute — utilizing an assist from substitute Delap.

This positive result propelled Chelsea to the top of Group D standings in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup — although Delap expressed regret about one aspect of his debut performance.
