Leverkusen finds Wirtz replacement at lower price

According to Transfermarkt, Florian Wirtz has officially joined Liverpool for a transfer fee of 125 million euros — with additional 25 million euros in potential bonuses based on certain conditions.

Bayer Leverkusen wasted no time in finding a replacement for the 22-year-old midfielder — they have reached an agreement with PSV Eindhoven for the transfer of Malik Tillman.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirms that Tillman — who plays in the same attacking midfield position — will fill Wirtz’s void at Die Werkself.
