LavAni Aims for Third Proliga Title With SBY’s Support

LavAni’s Ongoing Proliga Dominance

Jakarta LavAni Livin’ Transmedia continues to prove its dominance in the Indonesian volleyball league, Proliga, under the leadership of head coach Nicolas Vives. With a track record that speaks volumes, LavAni has consistently secured top finishes over the last four years.

Championship Record Over the Last Four Seasons

Since their emergence as a Proliga powerhouse, LavAni has reached the grand finals every year. Their accomplishments include two championship titles and one runner-up finish, a feat that cements their place as one of the league’s elite teams.

SBY’s Role in Inspiring the Team

According to assistant coach Roy Makpal, the club’s remarkable run is closely tied to the influence of its founder and owner, former Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY).

“Mr. SBY as LavAni’s owner is a great motivator to me personally,” Roy said during an interview at Novotel Solo.
“As I said, we have been entrusted by him to never underestimate our opponents.”
