Lando Norris Shares Life Vision Beyond Formula 1

McLaren driver Lando Norris shared his unique perspective on life beyond Formula 1 during an interview on The Pivot podcast.

The 25-year-old driver — who recently finished second at the Miami Grand Prix behind teammate Oscar Piastri — revealed that his main priority isn’t being remembered as the greatest, but enjoying the moment and sharing stories with his future family.

“At 25, it’s a big question. I want to have a family, and I’d love to see my kids go into racing, football, or anything they enjoy,” said Lando Norris.

“I don’t feel the need to be remembered by everyone or be known as the best in the world. I’m here to enjoy life, share experiences, and pass them on to the next generation,” he added.

Addressing his incident with Max Verstappen on the opening lap of the Miami GP, Norris admitted that racing Verstappen is always a challenge — you either risk contact or can’t pass him at all unless your timing is perfect.
