Lando Norris Spotted Driving New Porsche 911 GT3 RS in Monte Carlo

Lando Norris, the current McLaren Formula 1 driver, was recently spotted navigating the glamorous streets of Monte Carlo, Monaco behind the wheel of his new Porsche 911 GT3 RS, a move that caught the attention of fans and automotive enthusiasts alike.

The British driver, who is enjoying a strong 2025 F1 season, was seen cruising shortly after securing a second-place finish at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix in Imola — further fueling his rising profile on and off the track.

Porsche 911 GT3 RS with Weissach Package Turns Heads

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS driven by Norris is far from a standard road car. Fitted with the Weissach package, this track-oriented machine is engineered for speed and handling. Key specifications include:

  • A lightweight titanium roll cage

  • Front and rear stabilizer bars

  • Extensive carbon fiber panels

  • A reduced curb weight of around 1,430 kg

Its naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine generates 518 horsepower, launching the car from 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds via a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission.

Norris Focused on Title Race Against Teammate Piastri

Currently, Norris ranks second in the 2025 F1 drivers’ standings, just 13 points behind his teammate Oscar Piastri. After his runner-up finish at Imola, Norris spoke about McLaren’s strategy:

It was a tough and long race. We did a good job managing our first stint, but unfortunately couldn’t match Red Bull’s pace. They were strong today, and we suffered a bit with tire wear.

Despite strong performances, Norris acknowledged that McLaren must improve in slow-speed corners, where Red Bull’s RB21 continues to dominate.

The 25-year-old remains one of the top contenders for the 2025 F1 world title, with upcoming races poised to test his consistency and the McLaren team’s development pace.
