Lando Norris arrives at Silverstone in rare McLaren P1

Lando Norris caught everyone’s attention ahead of the British Grand Prix with his arrival at Silverstone circuit in a McLaren P1 — one of the most exclusive cars from his collection.

This hybrid hypercar features a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine and belongs to the “Holy Trinity” of hypercars alongside Porsche 918 and LaFerrari. The P1, limited to just 375 units, sports an all-black design — including a darkened McLaren emblem.

The McLaren driver’s luxury car collection also includes McLaren 765LT, Lamborghini Miura, Ferrari F40, Porsche Carrera GT, and Porsche 911 GT3.

“If I could swap all race wins for one win, it would be for a Silverstone win,” stated Norris during a press conference.

Heading into his home race, Norris holds second place in the standings — just 15 points behind leader Oscar Piastri following his victory in Austria last week.
