Kyle Walker-Peters has officially joined West Ham United from Southampton on a three-year contract.

The 28-year-old defender who graduated from Tottenham Hotspur’s academy — has recorded over 200 appearances for Southampton, including 33 Premier League matches last season when the south coast club faced relegation.

Walker-Peters, who also holds two England caps — expressed his excitement about moving to London Stadium.

“It feels like it has been a long time coming as I’ve been linked with the club before. I’m happy to finally be here now,” said Walker-Peters. “I spoke with Coach Graham Potter and he was a major factor in my decision. I’ve always liked his coaching style and I think it will suit me well.”

West Ham United, who finished 14th last season — will begin their 2025-26 Premier League campaign with an away match against Sunderland in mid-August.
