Kim/Seo Ease Past First Round of China Open 2025

According to Bolasport.com, South Korean men’s doubles pair Kim Won-ho/Seo Seung-jae — who recently climbed to world number one — delivered a convincing performance in the first round of the China Open 2025.

Competing at the Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium in Changzhou, the Korean duo defeated local pair Xie Hao Nan/Zeng Wei Han with identical scores of 21-14, 21-14.

In the opening game, Kim/Seo immediately showed their dominance, maintaining a steady seven-point lead until the end.

The second game was more competitive, with the Chinese pair leveling the score at 10-10. However, Kim/Seo regained control with a powerful smash to take a one-point lead into the interval.
