Kelra Seeks Team Liquid PH Rematch at EWC 2025

Onic PH jungler Grant “Kelra” Pillas recently expressed his desire to avenge their loss in last week’s MPL Philippines Season 15 finals.

Held at the Green Sun Hotel in Makati, Philippines, the reigning champions suffered dramatic 3-4 loss to Team Liquid PH, led by Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno. Kelra’s impressive performance briefly gave his team hope, but TLPH’s strategy proved too strong to overcome with individual skill alone.

Despite the loss, the Yellow Porcupines finished as season runners-up, securing a spot in next month’s MSC x EWC 2025 in Saudi Arabia. And Kelra, entering his third MSC, clearly could not hid his excitement to go there alongside his compatriots.

Speaking to the Daily Tribune, the 20-year-old gold laner stated he will work hard to improve his game before the MSC and intends to repay TLPH for their grand finale defeat.

Team Liquid PH can expect that we’ll be more prepared, aggressive, and disciplined—both inside and outside the game.”

Considering the current forms of these two, Onic PH and TLPH are expected to pose major challenges to other teams aiming to win MSC x EWC 2025. Both are highly motivated to claim their first title after a long period of competitive seasons.
