Karel reveals mental issues in national women’s doubles

Karel clarifies the issues faced by the national women’s doubles team — not related to Fadia’s multiple event participation, but rather Lanny’s confidence that needs improvement.

“Actually, it’s not about Fadia playing in multiple events. The issue is more about Lanny’s doubts due to her limited experience,” Karel explains.

“When leading in matches, her doubts emerge. She focuses too much on points — which is natural for young players, although she’s not too young either,” he adds.

Regarding the pair’s future, Karel hasn’t made a final decision — keeping options open for either continuing cooperation or separating them.

“I’m still waiting and grateful for their performance. Can’t make a decision yet, all options remain open, both continuing together or separating,” he states.
