Kapolri Cup 2025 tournament ready to be held in Jakarta in early July

According to PBSI information, the Kapolri Cup 2025 badminton tournament — a collaborative event between Police and PBSI — will be held on July 1-6 in Jakarta.

The competition venues will be divided into two different locations — Jakarta State University Sports Hall and Pulogadung District Sports Hall. This championship is designed to support national badminton development while strengthening police-community relations.

Ricky Soebagja as Secretary General of PP PBSI and chairman of the organizing committee welcomes the tournament organization.

“This championship represents the Indonesian Police institution’s attention and concern for the emergence of potential badminton talents in the country,” stated Ricky.

“I give my appreciation and hope that talented prospects will emerge who can later bring pride to our nation and country Indonesia,” he added.

The tournament will compete in two main categories — age groups and a special category for Police members.
