According to Cazé TV, former Brazilian star Ricardo Kaká has confirmed his readiness to join the Brazilian national team’s coaching staff, which will soon be led by Carlo Ancelotti.

The 2007 Ballon d’Or winner, who earned 92 caps for Brazil, has been steadily preparing for a transition into coaching since retiring in 2017. He has taken sports management courses at Harvard and pursued coaching licenses through the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF).

“If the team thinks I can help in some way, I think that at this moment, I am ready. I am prepared,” said Kaká.

Carlo Ancelotti, once Kaká’s coach at AC Milan and Real Madrid, is set to make history as Brazil’s first-ever foreign head coach. He will officially take over after completing his commitments with Real Madrid.

His first assignment with Brazil will be a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Ecuador.
