Juventus Secure Champions League Ticket Through Penalty Drama in Final Match

Juventus clinched the final Champions League ticket after a dramatic 3-2 win over Venezia at the Pier Luigi Penzo Stadium on the final day of the 2024–2025 Serie A season.

The decisive moment came in the 73rd minute, when Manuel Locatelli converted a crucial penalty kick, handing the Bianconeri a vital lead that they held onto until the final whistle.

Top-Four Finish Confirmed Despite Roma’s Win

The win saw Igor Tudor’s side finish the season with 70 points, securing fourth place in the final standings and edging out AS Roma, who also won 2-0 against Torino in a simultaneous fixture.

Had Juventus failed to collect all three points, they would have missed out on Champions League football next season — making Locatelli’s penalty all the more decisive.

“This team deserves Europe. We’ve worked hard for this, and today it paid off,” said Tudor post-match.
