Juventus officially signs Joao Mario from Porto with five-year contract

Juventus, through their official club website, has announced the signing of Joao Mario from FC Porto with a five-year contract until June 2030.

“Joao Mario officially joins Juventus. He arrives on a permanent basis from Porto and has signed a contract until June 2030,” states the club announcement.

The Serie A giants are spending 12.6 million euros to acquire the Portuguese right-back — consisting of 11.4 million euros in transfer fees and 1.2 million euros in add-ons, to be paid in four installments.

Joao Mario becomes Juventus’ second signing from Porto this summer — following I Bianconeri’s successful acquisition of Francisco Conceicao from the same club.
