According to Bolasport.com, Jung Ho-young delivered an outstanding performance as Daejeon JungKwanJang Red Sparks defeated Incheon Heungkuk Life Pink Spiders 3-2 (25-20, 24-26, 36-34, 22-25, 15-12) in Game Four of the Korean Volleyball League finals at Daejeon Chungmu Gymnasium.

Jung Ho-young‘s blocking game became Red Sparks‘ key to victory — limiting Kim Yeon-koung‘s attacks while supporting excellent performances from Megawati Hangestri Pertiwi and Vanja Bukilic. This result evened the finals series at 2-2.

Jung Ho-young‘s career path has been unique — initially projected as Kim Yeon-koung‘s successor due to her 190 cm height and selected as Red Sparks‘ first draft pick five years ago. After struggling as an outside hitter, she switched to the middle blocker position and found her true calling.

Game Four was a showcase of resilience and tactical brilliance from both sides — with long rallies, high-pressure moments, and individual brilliance shaping the match.

The decisive Game Five is set to be a thrilling conclusion—to one of the most competitive finals series in recent Korean Volleyball League history.
