Joselu believes Real Madrid can bounce back after heavy defeat to Arsenal

Former Real Madrid player Joselu expressed his optimism about his team’s comeback chances against Arsenal at Santiago Bernabeu, despite suffering a heavy defeat in the Champions League quarter-final first leg.

El Real endured a 3-0 loss at Emirates Stadium last week. After a goalless first half, Arsenal managed to breach Madrid‘s defense three times in the second period.

Declan Rice starred for The Gunners with two free-kick goals in the 58th and 70th minutes. Mikel Merino then added to Madrid‘s misery with a third goal in the 78th minute.

The situation became more challenging for the Champions League defending champions after Eduardo Camavinga received a straight red card in injury time, ruling him out of the upcoming second leg.
