Jordi Amat reveals reason for choosing number 21 at Persija Jakarta

According to Bolasport.com, Jordi Amat officially joined Persija Jakarta following the club’s announcement last Saturday.

The 33-year-old Indonesian national team defender — who was previously linked with Dewa United and Bali United — decided to sign a two-year contract with Macan Kemayoran.

Jordi Amat chose to join the capital city club because he felt he received full trust from the team management.

The former Swansea City player previously strengthened Johor Darul Ta’zim from 2022 until the end of the 2024/2025 competition season.
