Jordi Amat officially joins Persija Jakarta for 2025-2026 season

Jordi Amat has officially joined Persija Jakarta ahead of the 2025-2026 Liga 1 season — the capital city club announced the arrival of the Indonesia national team defender this Saturday.

The Macan Kemayoran have secured the former Johor Darul Takzim player with a one-year contract, and the player has already arrived in Jakarta to join his new team.

“I can’t wait to play for Persija and wear the proud red jersey of Persija,” expressed Jordi Amat.

The Spanish-born defender also emphasized his ambition with his new club.

“I want to win,” stated Jordi Amat.
