Indonesian National Team midfielder Joey Pelupessy is confident ahead of their crucial match against Japan at Suita City Football Stadium in Osaka this evening — a big match of FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifiers of Group C.

The 31-year-old, set to make his third appearance for Indonesia, has kept clean sheets in his first two matches, helping the team secure narrow 1-0 wins.

“What gives me confidence is that we also have a good squad,” Pelupessy stated in the pre-match press conference.
