Joan Mir involved in incident with Alex Marquez at Czech MotoGP

According to Bolasport.com, Joan Mir experienced a serious incident with Alex Marquez during the Czech MotoGP main race at Brno Circuit — resulting in both riders failing to finish.

The Honda rider, who started from fifth position, was forced to end his race early when the Ducati Desmosedici GP24 of the Gresini Racing rider hit him at turn 12 — causing both to fall into the gravel area.

The incident, occurring on the second lap of 21, sparked tension between both riders — evident from their captured camera argument after the crash. For Mir, the 2020 MotoGP world champion, this incident was particularly disappointing as it halted his competitive performance early in the race.
