According to Transfermarkt data, Indonesian national team captain Jay Idzes has secured a spot among Asia’s top 10 most expensive defenders.

The Venezia defender experienced a significant market value increase — from 5 million euros to 7.5 million euros after completing the 2024/2025 season.

With a market value equivalent to 141 billion rupiah, Jay Idzes now stands as Southeast Asia’s most expensive player and ranks 10th in Asia’s most valuable defenders list.
