Jay Idzes Confident Venezia Can Escape Serie A Relegation Zone

Venezia defender Jay Idzes has stated that his current focus is solely on helping the team escape the Serie A relegation zone. Eusebio Di Francesco‘s squad currently sits in 18th place with 25 points from 33 matches.

“Now I’m thinking about the team’s safety from the relegation zone. We have home games against AC Milan and against big teams — we more or less always play well,” said Idzes.
