Jake Finch ready for Xfinity Series debut with Hendrick Motorsports at Dover

Hendrick Motorsports announced that Jake Finch — son of former NASCAR team owner Phoenix Racing’s James Finch — will make his Xfinity Series debut at Dover driving the No. 17 Chevrolet.

The 20-year-old driver has claimed victories in ARCA Menards Series — yet has no starts in NASCAR’s top three levels. HMS’s No. 17 car has already secured wins this season with Kyle Larson and William Byron.

Rajah Caruth from Spire Motorsports will also compete at Dover — piloting the No. 32 Chevrolet for Jordan Anderson Racing. The Truck Series regular has proven his talent with victories at Las Vegas last year and Nashville earlier this year.

Jordan Anderson Racing has previously fielded several drivers including Katherine Legge and Austin Green — with best finishes of seventh at both Daytona and Mexico City. Meanwhile, Lavar Scott will also make his NXS debut at Dover.
