Indonesian mixed doubles rising stars, Jafar Hidayatullah and Felisha Alberta Nathaniel Pasaribu marked a memorable milestone by qualifying for the quarterfinals of the Singapore Open 2025, according to a release by PBSI.

This breakthrough comes in their BWF World Tour Super 750 debut, showcasing the duo’s potential on the international stage.

Dominant Performance Against Thai Opponents

Competing at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, Jafar/Felisha comfortably defeated Thai pair Pakkapon Teeraratsakul and Phataimas Muenwong with identical scores of 21–12, 21–12.

Their aggressive approach and solid coordination proved too much for the Thai representatives, earning them a clean and convincing win.

Felisha: “Thank God We Could Win Smoothly”

After the match, Felisha Alberta expressed her gratitude and relief:

Thank God we could win and advance to the next round without any obstacles,” she said.

She added that the pair needed time to settle into the match:

“Initially we weren’t playing too comfortably, but after adapting to the wind conditions on court three, we managed to maintain pressure until the end.”

The duo will now aim to maintain their momentum as they prepare for their quarterfinal clash, continuing their quest to shine on the BWF Super 750 stage.
