KTM rider Jack Miller expresses his confidence in Francesco Bagnaia‘s ability to compete against Marc Marquez in MotoGP 2025 — based on his experience as a former teammate at Ducati.

Despite doubts surrounding Bagnaia‘s victory at GP Americas — particularly due to Marquez‘s crash, Miller holds a different perspective from most observers.

The Australian rider has experience collaborating with Bagnaia for four seasons — two years at Pramac Racing and another two years at the factory Ducati Lenovo team.

“I know Pecco’s (Bagnaia‘s) mentality well and I’m confident he will overcome this difficult situation soon,” Miller states.

Miller‘s view contrasts with common predictions favoring Marquez as the strong candidate for his ninth world championship title this season.

As context, Bagnaia is the reigning MotoGP world champion—having secured back-to-back titles in 2022 and 2023 with Ducati Lenovo. Although the 2025 season has presented early setbacks, his proven resilience and competitive edge mark him as a formidable contender in the championship race.
