Inter Milan and Juventus eliminated from 2025 FIFA Club World Cup

Two top Serie A clubs from Italy — Inter Milan and Juventus — have ended their journey in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup after elimination in the round of 16.

Inter Milan suffered a 0-2 defeat against Brazilian representatives Fluminense on Tuesday (1/7). The following day, Juventus met the same fate after falling 0-1 to Spanish giants Real Madrid.

Both teams are now preparing to leave the United States for their holiday break — while strategizing for the 2025-2026 season. The funds earned from this tournament will be utilized to strengthen their squads with new player acquisitions.
