Inter Miami Target Argentine Midfielder from Atletico Madrid

According to Marca, Inter Miami are targeting Atletico Madrid midfielder — Rodrigo De Paul. The Major League Soccer (MLS) club hopes to bring in Lionel Messi‘s friend during the next summer transfer window.

De Paul’s contract with Atletico Madrid runs until 2026 — but there are no signs of contract extension from either party. Los Rojiblancos are reportedly ready to release the Argentine midfielder to avoid losing him on a free transfer.

The Herons are approaching the 31-year-old player, although De Paul previously closed the possibility of playing in the United States.
