Inter Eliminate Barcelona, Reach UCL Final

Inter, coached by Simone Inzaghi, made history after defeating Barcelona 4–3 in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final at San Siro — following a 3–3 draw in the first leg at Montjuic.

Italian media revived the nickname Pazza Inter (Crazy Inter) after the Nerazzurri advanced to the final with a 7–6 aggregate win over Barcelona.

This achievement marks a rare moment in Champions League history — it’s only the second time Barcelona have been eliminated after conceding seven goals in a two-legged knockout tie. The only other club to manage such a feat was Bayern Munich under Jupp Heynckes during the 2012–2013 season.
