Indra Sjafri has given his full support to Nova Arianto and the Indonesia U-17 national team facing a tough challenge in the quarter-finals of the 2025 U-17 Asian Cup.

Indonesia U-17 national team — who collected nine points as Group C winners — will meet North Korea, who finished as Group D runners-up with five points.

The match will be held at King Abdullah Sports City Hall Stadium, Jeddah — with I Putu Panji Apriawan and teammates required to secure victory to advance to the semifinals.

North Korea is not an opponent to be underestimated — the team has an impressive history with two U-17 Asian Cup titles in 2010 and 2014.

Indonesia U-17 showed strong form in the group stage with three consecutive wins, while North Korea remain unbeaten with two draws and one win. The quarter-final is expected to be a tight contest as both teams aim to secure a spot in the top four.
