Indonesian women’s volleyball team defeats New Zealand at AVC Nations Cup

The Indonesian women’s national volleyball team — led by Ersandrina Devega — concluded their AVC Nations Cup 2025 group stage with a decisive victory over New Zealand at Dong Anh Arena, Vietnam.

The Red and White squad won in straight sets with a score of 3-0 (25-14, 25-15, 25-19) — demonstrating dominance throughout the match.

The early first set remained tight at 3-3, but Indonesia managed to build a lead — reaching 15-8 by mid-set.

Medi Yoku impressed with back attack plays, while Ajeng Viona contributed with powerful spikes that put Indonesia ahead 20-10. The first set was sealed by Rika Dwi Latri’s quick ball combination and clever ball placement from Ersandrina.
