Indonesian Women’s National Team Begins Preparation for 2026 Asian Cup Qualifiers

The Indonesian Women’s National Team has begun preparations for the 2026 AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers under coach Satoru Mochizuki who has called up 38 players to join the training camp.

The Garuda Pertiwi squad will compete in Group D alongside:

  • Chinese Taipei
  • Kyrgyzstan
  • Pakistan

The training camp that started on June 10, 2025, in Jakarta has now entered its first open training phase — held at Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) grounds. Of the total 38 players called up, only 30 players have joined the training session.

Four naturalized players have joined the team — Iris Joska de Rouw, Felicia Victoria de Zeeuw, Isa Guusje Warps, and Emily Julia Frederica Nahon. The qualification tournament will take place at Indomilk Arena Stadium, Tangerang from June 29 to July 5, 2025.
