Indonesian volleyball team defeats Vietnam 3-1 in SEA V League

The Indonesian national volleyball team — under coach Jeff Jiang Jie — achieved an impressive victory by defeating Vietnam 3-1 (25-19, 22-25, 25-22, 25-18) in the second leg of SEA V League at the Velodrome, Jakarta.

The Indonesian squad led by Jasen Nataniel Kilanta demonstrated dominance — after losing the second set — to secure their first three-point victory over Vietnam since the second leg of SEA V League 2023.

Coach Jeff Jiang Jie fielded his best formation with:

  • Rivan Nurmulki as Opposite
  • Boy Arnez Arabi and Fahri Septian Putratama as Outside Hitters
  • Tedy Oka Syahputra and Hendra Kurniawan as Middle Blockers
  • Jasen Nataniel Kilanta as Setter

Vietnam fielded Phan Cong Duc, Nguyen Ngoc Thuan, Nguyen Thanh Hai, Pham Quoc Du, Quan Trong Nghia, and Tran Duy Tuen as their starting lineup.
