Indonesian national team ready for World Cup 2026 fourth round qualifiers

The Indonesian national team still has a chance to qualify for the 2026 World Cup — the opportunity remains open through the fourth round of Asian qualifiers scheduled for this October.

Patrick Kluivert’s squad managed to collect 12 points from 10 matches in the third round, placing them fourth in the final standings of Group C.

In the fourth round, Indonesia will join five other nations:

• Iraq
• Oman
• Saudi Arabia
• United Arab Emirates
• Qatar

The competition format will divide these six teams into two groups of three nations each — the winner of each group will secure a direct ticket to the 2026 World Cup.
