Indonesia women’s volleyball team finally secures victory at AVC Nations Cup

According to Bolasport.com, Indonesia’s national women’s volleyball team broke their losing streak by defeating Mongolia in the AVC Nations Cup 2025 match at Dong Anh Gymnasium, Hanoi – Vietnam.

The squad led by Loudry Maspaitella won decisively with a score of 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-23) in today’s match. This victory marks Indonesia’s first win after previously suffering three consecutive losses.

Before facing Mongolia, the Indonesian team experienced defeats against:

  • Iran with a score of 2-3
  • Philippines with a score of 1-3
  • Kazakhstan with a score of 0-3

“They played with more courage in variations. The receiving and defending foundation was also good. Overall gameplay has improved compared to previous matches,” said Loudry Maspaitella after the match.

The Indonesian team showed dominance in various aspects of the game – from attacks, defense, to serves that made it difficult for Mongolia to develop their game.
