Based on the latest BWF rankings update this Tuesday, the Indonesia women’s doubles sector experienced significant changes, with several pairs showing different movements on the leaderboard.

Top-seeded pair Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma/Amallia Cahaya Pratiwi dropped one place after an underwhelming performance at the Thailand Open 2025, where they were stopped in the quarterfinals despite being the second seed.

On the positive side, two other Indonesian pairs recorded ranking improvements. Lanny Tria Mayasari/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti climbed three spots despite exiting in the round of 16 at the Thailand Open, while Meilsya Trias Puspitasari/Rachel Allessya Rose also showed progress.

The Indonesia women’s doubles sector has yet to show dominance like the world’s top 10 pairs in the BWF World Tour, although some representatives still hold seeded positions in various tournaments.
