Indonesia U-23 team showed dominance with a crushing 8-0 victory over Brunei Darussalam in the Group A opener of ASEAN Cup U-23 2025 at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta.

Jens Raven became the star of the show — the young striker scored four goals in the 2nd, 9th, 31st, and 33rd minutes. Meanwhile, Arkhan Fikri contributed with a goal in the 20th minute, and Hannan added another in the 34th minute.

This result puts Indonesia U-23 at the top of Group A standings — the decisive victory gives the Young Garuda squad an advantage in terms of goal difference.
