Indonesia U-17 team sweeps Group C victories in Asian Cup

Nova Arianto — the Indonesia U-17 national team coach — has successfully led his team to the quarter-finals of the 2025 U-17 Asian Cup with a perfect record.

The Young Garuda team dominated Group C — sweeping all three matches with consecutive victories. Nova Arianto’s squad started by defeating South Korea 1-0, followed by beating Yemen 4-1, and closed the group phase with a 2-0 victory over Afghanistan.

With a perfect nine points, the Indonesia U-17 national team secured the top position in Group C standings — followed by South Korea in second place with six points. Both teams have earned their spots in the tournament’s quarter-finals.
