The Garuda Asia squad concluded their group stage with a 2-0 victory over Afghanistan in their final match. Previously, the team had defeated South Korea 1-0 and recorded a convincing 4-1 win against Yemen.

With three consecutive victories, the Indonesia U-17 national team collected a maximum of 9 points — matching Uzbekistan’s achievement, who also recorded perfect results in Group A before advancing to the quarter-finals.
