The Indonesia U-17 national team coached by Nova Arianto ended their journey in the 2025 Asian Cup U-17 after suffering a heavy defeat from North Korea at King Abdullah Sports City Hall, Taif.

Evandra Florasta and his teammates had to acknowledge North Korea‘s superiority with a 0-6 score in the quarter-final match held on Monday evening.

In another quarter-final match — Saudi Arabia advanced to the semi-finals after defeating defending champions Japan through a penalty shootout. The previous match ended in a 2-2 draw in regular time.
