Indonesia U-17 national team secured their ticket to the 2025 U-17 World Cup after defeating Yemen with a convincing 4-1 score in an intense match.

Nova Arianto’s squad dominated from the start — Zahaby Gholy opened the scoring in the 15th minute, followed by Fadly Alberto’s goal in the 24th minute. Yemen managed to pull one back through Mohammed Wahib Al-Garash in the 52nd minute.

Drama unfolded near the end when Rafi Rasyiq was fouled in the penalty box in the 85th minute. Evandra Florasta successfully converted the penalty with composure, before adding his second goal three minutes later from Josh Holong’s assist.
