Indonesia Selected to Host Two FIBA 3×3 Tournaments in 2025

FIBA has entrusted Indonesia with hosting two international 3×3 basketball tournaments — FIBA 3×3 Challenger Jakarta 2025 and FIBA 3×3 Women’s Series Jakarta 2025.

Both tournaments will be held at the East Plaza of Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta — running for four days from July 24 to 27, 2025.

“We are very proud and enthusiastic about FIBA’s trust,” stated LPDUK Director, Ferry Kono. “This event is not just about competition, but also about bringing the spirit of sports to a wider public.”

FIBA 3×3 Challenger Jakarta 2025 is part of the FIBA 3×3 World Tour 2025 series consisting of:

• 16 tournaments in various cities worldwide
• 20 Challenger series throughout the year
• World Tour Finals in Manama, Bahrain

Winners from each Challenger series have the opportunity to secure a spot in the FIBA 3×3 World Tour 2025 — with the final round to be held in Manama on November 21-22, 2025.
