Indonesia men’s volleyball team claims dramatic victory over Vietnam in SEA V League

Rivan Nurmulki and teammates achieved a dramatic victory over Vietnam with a score of 3-2 (25-18, 23-25, 25-21, 22-25, 15-8) in the SEA V League 2025 match at Candon City Arena, Philippines.

This second victory for Indonesia’s men’s volleyball team — following their previous 3-0 win against Cambodia and 1-3 loss to Thailand — hasn’t changed their position in the current standings.

Vietnam continues to lead the standings with seven points, followed by Thailand in second place with six points. Indonesia remains in third position with five points, while Philippines and Cambodia occupy fourth and fifth places respectively.

Indonesia’s chances to win Leg I of SEA V League 2025 remain open — however, the national team needs a decisive 3-0 victory over Philippines in their final match to collect eight points and hope for favorable results from other matches.
