Indonesia Falls 0-6 to Japan at Suita Stadium in WC Qualifiers

Referring to the match at Panasonic Stadium Suita, the Indonesia national football team had to acknowledge Japan’s superiority with a heavy 0-6 defeat in the final Group C match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifiers third round.

Coach Patrick Kluivert deployed a 5-4-1 formation with Emil Audero as the main goalkeeper, who played the full 90 minutes of the match.

The defensive line consisted of five players:
