Ilija Spasojevic extends contract with Liga 1 promoted club

According to Liga Indonesia Baru, Ilija Spasojevic has officially extended his contract with Bhayangkara FC — the club that recently earned promotion to Liga 1 for the 2025-2026 season.

Bhayangkara FC secured their promotion after finishing as runners-up in Liga 2 2024-2025 season — an achievement that was significantly influenced by the naturalized striker’s contributions.

During his Liga 2 campaign, Spasojevic displayed impressive form by recording seven goals and three assists in 21 appearances for The Guardian.
