IBL All Star 2025 Brings New Format: Indonesia vs Foreign Stars

Jakarta – The Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) has officially announced the IBL All Star 2025 event, scheduled to take place at BritAma Arena, Jakarta. This year’s edition introduces a fresh format that differs from the previous two years.

New Format Features Indonesia Stars vs Foreign Stars

Abandoning the Legacy for the Future concept which previously matched young players against veterans, the 2025 All Star Game will feature a head-to-head battle between top Indonesian players and foreign basketball stars, in the Indonesia Stars vs Foreign Stars format.

Fan-Voted Star Players Announced

Through fan voting, the rosters have been finalized. The Indonesia Stars will include:

• Yudha Saputera

• Abraham Damar Grahita

• Vincent Kosasih

The Foreign Stars team will be represented by:

• JaQuori McLaughlin

• Michael Qualls

• KJ McDaniels

A Showcase of Talent and Entertainment

IBL Managing Director Junas Miradiarsyah stated that this year’s All Star event will not only spotlight elite talent but also serve as an entertainment platform for the basketball community.

“IBL All Star 2025 can serve as an entertainment stage from players to fans,” Junas said during a press conference held in Senayan, Jakarta.
